Welcome to the home page of my site. I am the author of  "IMPROVE THY SELF", a series of self help books and journals. This book was written  to help you learn how to manage stress. Remember, it’s easy to say I  want to  make changes in my life. The problem begins when we  attempt to do so.

Stress management is the first series of Improve Thy Self,     released in May 2007. In this book, I introduce simple and effective tips to managing stress by following biblical     principals for living a healthy life.

Stress is called the silent killer, yet we allow our bodies to be destroyed by stress related illnesses. We openly accept these unhealthy conditions, so I wrote this book to help you learn how to relieve stress by developing a healthier lifestyle.
